What Indus VetGlobal is
Indus VetGlobal connects animal owners with licensed veterinary professionals and related providers for remote and in-person care. We are the platform that makes those connections; the veterinary advice and treatment come from the independent professionals you consult.
Who operates this service
Indus VetGlobal is operated as a trade name based in Pakistan. Our registered correspondence address is 9 Abdullah Haroon Road, Civil Lines, Karachi, 75530, Pakistan.
Not an emergency service substitute
For a life-threatening emergency, seek the nearest in-person veterinary care. Emergency dispatch features are a way to reach help faster, not a guarantee of response time.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and the information you provide accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account. Professionals must hold and maintain the licenses they represent, and may be suspended if verification lapses.
Bookings and payments
Consultation availability and pricing are set by the individual provider you book with. All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and displayed in full before you confirm and pay. Where an appointment is cancelled, any applicable refund follows the policy shown at that time.

Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break security, access others' data, or use the platform to share unlawful or harmful content. Chat is moderated to keep the community safe.
