Indus VetGlobal covers two kinds of orders: consultation bookings (no shipping involved) and physical orders placed with a pharmacy or lab through the platform.
Consultation bookings
Nothing is shipped for a consultation. You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancelling closer to the appointment, or missing it, may forfeit the consultation fee at the provider's discretion.
Pharmacy and lab orders — shipping
Medicine and lab sample pickup/delivery is fulfilled by the pharmacy or lab you order from, within Pakistan. Typical delivery timelines are 1–3 business days within the same city, and 3–5 business days for other cities, depending on the provider and courier used. Exact timelines are shown at checkout.
Pharmacy and lab orders — cancellation
You can cancel a physical order free of charge any time before the provider marks it as dispatched. Once dispatched, the order follows our Refund, Returns & Exchange policy.
