Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
This policy explains what information Indus VetGlobal collects when you use our apps and website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, contact us and we'll explain.
Information we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account and use the service: your name and contact details, the animals you add (species, breed, age, and health history you choose to record), your bookings and consultations, and messages you send through the app. Professionals additionally provide licensing and registration documents for verification.
How we use it
Your information is used to run the service — to connect you with vets and other providers, to hold a record of your animals' care, to process bookings, and to keep the platform safe. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Care information is shared only with the providers involved in your consultation — the vet you book, and, where relevant, a pharmacy, laboratory, or emergency provider fulfilling that care. We use trusted infrastructure partners to operate the service and share only what each needs to do its job.
Security
Access to your data is protected by row-level security and reviewed authorization checks on every request. Sensitive documents are stored privately and are readable only by you and the reviewers who must see them.
Your choices
You can review and update your profile and animal records at any time in the app. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, contact us and we'll act on your request in line with applicable law.
